The Production

Zyaire Davis caught 50 passes for 1,085 yards and 15 touchdowns in 2025. He plays at Liberty (PA), a program in central Pennsylvania that does not regularly appear on national recruiting maps. He is unrated by every major recruiting service. He has zero FBS offers.

The jump from 2024 to 2025 was significant. The year prior: 17 receptions, 361 yards, 3 touchdowns. That is nearly a 3x increase in production across every category in a single season. The 2025 output put him at the 98th percentile nationally for receivers in the 2027 class on our platform.

The Pennsylvania Problem

Pennsylvania produces FBS players, but the national recruiting infrastructure treats the state unevenly. The Philadelphia corridor gets attention. Pittsburgh does too. Central and western Pennsylvania is a different story. Programs in those areas often need a player to accumulate 20 or 30 offers before a national service bothers to rank them.

Davis does not have those offers to use as a signal. He has production. And production is what the platform is built to surface when the normal signals have not arrived yet.

The Pattern

The zero-offer receiver with elite per-game production is a consistent blind spot in college recruiting. It appears repeatedly in states that lack national recruiting infrastructure. It also appears at smaller programs that do not send players to D1 at a rate that would attract regular evaluator visits.

Liberty fits that description. Davis fits the pattern.
